we were back at the NEW ROSCOE LEEDS for our first time this year and ended up with yet another belter of a night, we've said it before, and i'm sure we'll say it again (sorry), but this has got to be in our top two venues to play

(have to say that in case anyone from another venue is looking)

.

after the initial set up and once he had time to think LITTLE SEXY DAVE was bricking it, he need'nt have, as he pulled out all the stops to play and boogie like only a small sexy thing called dave can!!

.

SAM was as giddy as a big dopey tw*t when he turned up with his new messy bugger 4x12 (thats a speaker to all the sane ones out there) and proceeded to make sure everyone noticed it by putting clever delaying tactics just before his solos (another brick?)

.

PAUL was his usual silvered tounged self, belting the poo out of his drums and getting the crowd to join in singing along to all the faves

.

BIG SEXY DAVE was his (un) usual big sexy self

.

well you've got to stick a bit of eye candy up there for the girlies

.

a big thanks to everyone who came and made it a great night by singing their hearts out, dancing their socks off and making four old gits who should know better remember why we do this in the first place

.

a big cheers also to dave bell, his kid and all their lot who must know the set better than us by now

(thats not hard!)

and it was a top night, with a packed house of erics buds, some new faces and a few leftovers from the paddy's day celebrations

and fine voice they were in as well, belting out the bits that we forgot in brick, swords, i fought..............

and speaking of belting a few select vocals out, ryan of no monkey for punky fame got up to sing 500 miles

.

giving sam a chance to nick his beer

.

unfortunatley BSD let rip with one of his pretty potent parps mid song which threw poor ryan of no nerdy for purdy totally off

.

but he soon recovered and joined back in with the rest of the crowd to shout, boogie and sing the rest of the night away

it was our first gig of the year at the TUT AND SHIVE yeadon and it was great to see so many peeps out enjoying themselves on a belter of a night

the new stuff went down well

firstly theres the 'BEER MONSTERS OF ROCK' to be held at the CRIMEA CAS on bank holiday mon 7th may

not sure yet if this is gunna be an indoor or back of a wagon job

but we do know that we will be on 4.30 - 6 pm so the kiddies are more than welcome

and last but by no means least is the ROTN CONVENTION

this is a full day and night of the cream of the crop of local bands playing indoors at squires in sherburn on sat 10th november

organised by ROCK OF THE NORTH

(a website dedicated to the local rock scene that has done loads to promote and help plenty of bands)

it promises to be a belter
