yes, our very own dave of the sexiness of the little kind stepped up to be counted recently

on visiting the famous cas vegas strip to check out gud buds THE CATAPILLAR HEROES in the crimea he found them in a bit of a state, they were due to go onstage but their bass player had'nt turned up and could'nt be found

.

and seeing as he knew none of the songs and had never played bass before, he agreed to stand in, and did a sterling job

.

crush made this statement to the castleford fishing and ferrets weekly after the gig

just a quick one (oooer) to say that our headline slot at the east leeds lions bash went down a storm in front of the gathered 1,500 leather clad party animals

it was bloody cold up there

.

but we did managed to get off site just as the snow began to settle

sorry about this but i only found out last night that for some reason we are still down on the new roscoe website to be playing there fri 21st march, this is a date that we never agreed to do as we have been booked for the east leeds lions bash for over a year on that date

.

sam phoned the landlord a while back to get him to remove the date from the site but its still there

.

if you were thinking of going down we are definatley NOT on!!

.

if you were the kind of person who saw bad in people you may come to the conclusion that in leaving our name on the site he is sure to get a full pub

.

hopefully this is not the case

as stated earlier on fri night we ARE DEFFO playing the east leeds lions biker bash

its predominantly a bikers event (£18 on the gate for bikers) but there is a £5:00 a day charge for anyone who wants to come and see some of the regions top bands (does not include camping) there is a pub on site but also a bar in the marquee and food stalls and assorted traders plus a rock disco between the live entertainment also featuring the famous Lions foam cannon

there is a car park which the pub will be charging a fee to park your vehicles on

(Fee per car, so bring some friends and make it cheaper if you must come in a car "limited space") and remember this event raises money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance....

a few peeps have been enquiring about the biker do on fri 21st march, its one of the areas biggest events of its kind, with an average of 2,000 punters a night + a full proffesional lights and sound team (these guys also do sheffield arena) so it'll be nice and bloody loud!!

graham of EXPORT who organises the bands for the event has put together a few details for you

The event takes place on the weekend of 21st to 23rd of March (a three day event) as it's a bank holiday ie: Easter weekend. the week after we play a private do on the sat, but we are headlining the East Leeds Lions Easter Rally on the fri, everyone welcome at £5 a ticket and for that you get four bands in a massive (up to 2,000) marquee
