it sees erics buds the BARE ESSENTIALS at the LION CAS , if you don't know the band, they're quite a lot like us as they've also got a big bald bloke playing geetar for them

plus the other guy on geetar ex eric phil (theres a clue in the name) has something very familiar about him too

on sat the 4th it is our very own drummer paul 'THE GOBs' barfday

.

(38 and he dosent look a day over the hill)

sat also sees THE REAMS play the CROSS KEYS MORLEY , these guys also have links with the erics as one of them is big and bald

plus they do come to see us a lot

another amazing gig at the cross keys morley

sat saw another hot steamy night at the keys with THE ERICS pulling out all the stops with two superb sesions in front of a packed house, and the movers and shakers were bopping from even the first number. The band introduced four new numbers not heard at the keys before, with an a exceptional rendering of going for gold from the boys from york SHED SEVEN nice to see they`ve re-formed , plus a well covered version of natural woman

.

The second set got off to a big start, by the third/forth number in the guys stormed into 99 red balloons, the lads had issued nearly everyone in the keys with a red balloon, most went bang but the rest filled the room as the song entered its first chorus(excellent sight & a good all round idea)

.

Special mention for little sexy dave & his flying high wire act on the seat bench backs & paul who went through the pain barrier to-wards the end of the gig with an ugly looking blister, but went through two encores ( ill mention it in despatches to the queen), big sexy dave & sam their impecable selves, all round, ferkin great night guys

yes, there have been (as yet unsubstantiated) claims in the music press and world media that the next erics gig at the CROSS KEYS MORLEY will see the band perform a total of FOUR new songs

at this moment, press restrictions dont allow us to publish any details of the new material, but after minutes of legal wrangling

(and a bribe to the court officials of two babs striesend tickets for ullerskelf working mens and a slap up meal at naseebs curry, pizza and keebab emporium)

it was decided that we were allowed to give you clues

first off, the tut gig on friday was a belter (and a melter) it was that good that it actually got LSD and PAUL THE GOB rather worked up into a sexual frenzy

.

(thank god for pay per veiw)

and could sunday teatime at the duck be any better, or hotter

.

and the answer to both has got to be a big FAT yes!!!!

the place was rammed with erics buds, roscoe regulars and all manner of music fans inbetween

.

(even BSD's twin made an appearence)

.

the first set was as tight as a ducks chuff, we did'nt need the extra lights for the end of wont get fooled as sams near orgasm made up for them

.

and everyone was up for a boogie during the second set including those at the back who were bouncing away like mad bouncing things on a hot bouncy plate

.
